Karen has been in the field of career development for the past 28
years. She has worked for institutions ranging from vocational to
private liberal arts to state universities. Currently she is serving in
her 18th year at Kennesaw State University as the Director of Career
Services. Karen is also the co-author of the textbook, "The Complete
Graduate", which is used in KSU Senior Year Experience program. Her
latest adventure is as founder and president of Andrews & Associates,
Inc. which markets the Online Career Portfolio to higher education
institutions.
