Dr. Judith O. Brown is an Associate Dean at Barry University’s School of Adult and Continuing Education (ACE). She has directed ACE’s Portfolio Program for ten years and has published articles in the Journal of Continuing Higher Education (Spring 2001) and in Adult Education Quarterly (Spring 2002) on adult learners and their portfolio experiences. She is Program Chair of the Workplace Learning Special Interest Group of the American Educational Research Association where she regularly presents her research on portfolios. She also is a member of the Council on Adult and Experiential Learning. She holds a doctorate in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development.
